Sandy's goal as a therapist is to be able to provide clients with a safe space, a trusting therapeutic relationship, and a respectful environment for clients to be able to thrive in. She brings her life experience plus the knowledge, skills, and insight she's developed over the years into a space to co-create along with you, your experience, your knowledge, skills, and insight. She believes that everyone has the ability to heal, that we can learn ways to empower ourselves, and that there's an inner wisdom/ inner healing intelligence inside all of us. We might need help learning how to access it, be attuned to it, and trust in it, but once we do, we're all capable of change.
