Rashmi is passionate about working with couples, adults, children and families and has experience in trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, communication and life transitions. Rashmi uses her training in EFT (Emotional Focused Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness approaches to support her clients. Rashmi believes trauma, of any kind, is part of life and it doesn’t have to define who you are. Her great passion is bringing healing to people who have been through a traumatic/stressful experience. She works with children, adults, couples and families to help crystallize healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and safe.
